“I am a Trustee and volunteer with Behind The Smile and also an active listening volunteer with Worcester Samaritans as well as being an incumbent member of the branch leadership team, trainer, and mentor. Formerly, I have been a bereavement counselling volunteer with North Worcestershire Bereavement Support from which I earnt my qualification to Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Person-Centred Counselling. I also have a Level 3 Award in Mental Health: Workplace First Aider.”
